Dear Readers,

The COVID-19 pandemic has overshadowed other health problems of Poles in a significant way. It also reduced the interest in publications related to health aspects other than SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Despite this, the editorial staff of JHPOR makes every effort to maintain the continuity of publishing articles that are of interest to our journal. At this point, we would like to thank all the authors who contribute to the continuous development of JHPOR.

As usual, in this issue we present you some interesting articles on various public health issues in Poland and other countries.

In 2022 we wish you health and patience in this trying times.
